Day 5 of a grapefruit diet
Breakfast: fruit salad( grapefruit, orange, apple ). Coffee or tea with lemon. Lunch: steamed huge potatoes with salad of lettuce or any green veggie( 200 g ). Dinner: beef steak( 200 g) or chicken( 250 g) or fish( 250 g ). Baked tomatoes or tomato juice. At night or grapefruit juice .
6 and 7 date of this grapefruit diet scheme you can choose any of the above .
